Hi! I'm Kathy, and it's my pleasure to welcome you to The Institution of Instructional Publishing. I am a former elementary teacher and education consultant turned children's book author. After successfully self-publishing a number of children's picture books and workbooks, I embarked on a mission to share my knowledge with teachers with the lofty goal of seeing every elementary teacher become a published author. 

I believe our nation's students can rise to new heights with more content-rich stories that are engaging and educational, and I know teachers are the perfect authors to create them.
